  9. What two areas need the most improvements
  10. What is the stopping you improving those?
  11. How do you currently market your business?
  12. How many people are on your list?
  13. How many products are you promoting/salin?
  14. How many times a week are you blogging
  15. How many time do you host webinars a month?
  16. How often do you email your list?
  17. How many hours of work do you outsource?
  18. How many unique visitors does your website/landing page get?
  19. What percentage of traffic converts to to sales?
  20. What numbers are you currently tracking in your business
  21. What numbers should you be tracking?

Action Step for today

Take one area in your business that requires improvement. Thinks about how you are going to improve that.

  8. How many Hour a week do you want to work?
  9. Do you like working alone or do you like working in a team?
  10. How long do you plan on being involved in this business?
  11. How involved do want to be with the daily running on your business
  12. What do you enjoy most about your work?
  13. What do you enjoy least about your work?
